DAFFODIL DAY LUNCHEON
Wednesday, April 17, 2019
Hundreds of Michigan Division Woman's National Farm & Garden Association members and friends filled the grand ballroom of the Detroit Yacht Club on Belle Isle. Hundreds of thousands of daffodils bloomed across Belle Isle.
Spring has come to Michigan!
Special Note from Robin Heller: Underwriting donations will be a key to our continued success.
The three contribution levels are: Trumpeter ($500-$999), Golden Long ($1000-$4,999) and Double Golden ($5,000 plus). Please consider one of these levels for yourself, for your branch, for businesses you patronize, or for a shared gift from members of your family or a group of friends. Thank you for your continued support.

The Daffodil Luncheon, at the Detroit Yacht Club, will feature "Welcome Spring Salad"
grilled chicken breast, peas, and asparagus, served on a bed of mixed greens, with dijon vinaigrette.
A delightfully daffodil colored lemonade layer cake will make a memorable dessert.
Non-alcoholic Daffodil Delight will be served. A cash bar, featuring Spring Mimosas, will be available.
A vegetarian option may be pre-ordered.
Luncheon tickets are $38 until March 31. As of April 1, they are $45.
The last day for ticket purchases is April 10.
Shopping opportunities will include botanically-inspired hats and other attire, courtesy of the Peacock Room.
A generous percentage of the profits will be donated to Daffodils4Detroit.
Our specially commissioned Daffodil Day tile is available, by advance purchase, for $50.
Centerpieces! Rather than asking one Michigan Division branch to provide forty-five centerpieces, nine branches will each provide five. A pre-luncheon tour of the centerpieces was a popular activity last year.
